About

The Ross County Senior Fair board is excited to announce the RoCo Music Fest coming to Chillicothe, OH September 1-3, 2023. Three nights of music located at the Ross County fairgrounds complete with camping, food vendors, merchandise vendors, beer garden, activities for kids, and some of the most popular names in country music today. The Ross County fairgrounds sits on 160 acres just 6 miles from downtown Chillicothe, has1500 campsites with electric and water at each site, dump stations, and permanent restrooms and shower houses.

RoCo Music Fest is a three-day event welcoming three artists each night starting Friday September 1st 2023 and ending on Sunday September 3rd, 2023. Getting the RoCo Music Fest started Friday September 1 is Jimmy Mowery followed by Little Texas and headliner Jana Kramer. Saturday September 2nd, we welcome Nolan Taylor followed by Randy Houser and headliner Dustin Lynch. Sunday September 3rd sending this event to the next level is Sweet Tea Trio followed by RaeLynn and headliner Parker McCollum.

The RoCo Music Fest is a multi-day family event with national touring musicians taking the stage to entertain guests near and far. With a target audience of people of all ages and an expected attendance of 15,000 people across multiple days this is the perfect event to advertise your business. All proceeds go directly to the nonprofit organization, the Ross County Agricultural Society which is responsible for maintaining the fairgrounds, hosting the Ross County fair, as well as many other events throughout the year. Title Sponsor

For a donation of $50,000.00 your company name will be listed as the title sponsor and the RoCo Music Fest will be “presented” by your company. Your company name will be listed on all fliers, RoCo Music Fest souvenir merchandise, signs, and posters. Stage Sponsor

For a donation of $5,000.00 your company can sponsor the stage. Have your company name and logo on a 4’ wide sign hanging on the side of the stage for everyone to see as they enjoy the concert. Price is per side per night. Purchase both sides all three nights for $25,000.00. If all options are purchased by one company the benefits will be increased. Contact us to discuss these increases.

Hospitality Tent Sponsor

For a donation of $5,000.00 your company will have the opportunity to be the sole sponsor of the RoCo Music Fest hospitality tent. A place for patrons to sit down at a picnic table and enjoy a cold drink and something to eat will be your company’s place to advertise. There are two hospitality tents, one located on the midway, the other located inside the concert venue.

For a donation of $7,500.00 your company logo and name will be on all event wristbands, parking passes, and camper passes. This is the perfect place to advertise your business as all patrons will be provided with a wristband. All campers will be required to have a pass placed on their camper that is visible from the road. All cars entering the campgrounds are required to have a parking permit.

Individual Signage

If you are not interested in being a sponsor but would like to advertise your company, you can purchase a sign with your company name and logo on it that will be placed at the entrance and exit of the concert venue. For a donation of $250.00 your company has the chance to be seen by thousands of patrons at our event.
